Cold Birds

Okay...maybe it was me that was cold. First a stop at Riverbend Ponds:

Then over to Timnath...

Birds before Snow

Some good raptors yesterday before the snow. My first Prairie Falcon:

Pretty cooperative up to a point...out near Timnath Reservoir.

Otherwise cold and quiet in preparation for last night's storm.

fall rumblings
