Waxwings in the Cemetery
After three visits to the cemetery this weekend, I finally found the Cedar Waxwings! I've been hoping all Winter to see them for the first time. I think they're amazing.

Snowy in Colorado
Well after a bit of debate I went down to see the Snowy Owl today. SO worth the trip...I might have to go back:

Can you spot the owl?
Graceful as anything
Fantabulous footsies
Back on the roof
Beautiful Rough-legged Hawk just down the street
On the way back, stopped at the South Platte in Denver:
Red-breasted Merganser
A pair
and in flight.
and ending with a Barrow's Goldeneye
